Salmonderful tartare and sweet potato fries

4 sweet potatoes
1 lime
2 bunches of spring onions
2 teaspoons of capers
1/2 teaspoon of fennel seeds
1/2 teaspoon of coriander seeds
6 tablespoons of olive oil
1 tablespoon of white miso
1/2 bunch of dill
2 red meat or green meat turnips

Steps
- Peel the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries.
- Fry them in oil, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.
- Meanwhile, dice the SalmOnderful OLALA! and the peeled turnip.
- Put them in a salad bowl, add the spices, the minced onion, capers, chopped dill, miso, and oil.
