Ingredients
200g of raw TunaliciOus
5 yellow carrots
1/2 celery
3 stalks of celeriac
2 tablespoons of white sesame seeds
6 tablespoons of olive oil
12 basil leaves
1 big spoon of mustard
1 piece of fresh ginger
6 pieces of candied ginger
1 tablespoon of white miso
1 orange
Salt
Espelette pepper
Steps
- Peel the carrots and the celery.
- Grate them, then place them in a bowl.
- Peel the ginger, grate it, and add it to the vegetables.
- Cut the raw TunaliciOus OLALA! into cubes, add it, and season the salad with all the ingredients.
- Grate the orange zest over the mixture at the end.
- Add salt and Espelette pepper to your taste.
